David Anders
Davis Anders was born David Holt on 11th March 1981, in Grants Pass, Oregon. There was already another actor called David Holt, so he used his middle name, Anders, instead. Apart from Alias, he has appeared in one film (The Source) and was a stunt double and a rather awful British film called Rancid Aluminum, which saw several fine British actors embarrass themselves.
When he was 17, he played Philip the Apostle in a regional production of Jesus Christ Superstar. he was then accepted to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena California, but instead decided to go to LA. Before finding success as an actor, he gave tennis lessons and worked in retail sales.
Strange but true: In December 2001, he appeared as Eminem in an advert for the rapper Canibus in The Source magazine.
